Delete your M's Sweet Bakes account

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in (email and password) — you will no longer be able to sign in.
• Your name, username, phone number and email address.
• M-Pesa transaction codes you submitted, plus delivery addresses and cake messages on your orders.

What we keep

Anonymous records of completed orders (cake, date and amount) for our financial records. They can no longer be linked to you. If you have an order still in progress, please wait until it is delivered or collected, or ask us to cancel it, before deleting your account.

How to delete it

1. In the Android app: Account → Delete my account.
2. On this page: sign in, then use the button below.
3. Or ask us: WhatsApp 0799 511 960 from the phone number on your account and we'll delete it within 7 days.
